The Program
Cooking that sets an example
Koch dich fit (Cook yourself fit) is a cooking class program designed especially for kindergarten-age children. Together, the children cook and bake simple, wholesome recipes — with the goal of gradually replacing unhealthy convenience foods in their lunchboxes.
The focus is not on perfection but on the joy of cooking: the children discover how fresh ingredients turn into real food — and that healthy can be delicious, too.
- Simple recipes — age-appropriate and easy to make again
- Fresh ingredients instead of convenience foods
- Cooking and baking as a group
- A take-home recipe from every class
- Photos from the classes (no faces shown)
